The "Sprint" automatic machines was specially designed for

• A business that does require a high packing speed, but with smaller packs or items
• An ideal machine for the chemical industries or a business that packs bottles, 50 ml X 12, 100 ml X 12 or any other smaller type products.

Nykomatic or Sprint Tunnel
The difference between a "Nykomatic" and "Sprint" machine is that a "Nykomatic" machines tunnel is 1200 mm long whereas a "Sprint" tunnel is 900 mm long.
The heating element configuration is also different.

• The "Nykomatic" tunnel allows for larger packs 2 Liter X 6, 2.5 Liter X 6 and 5 Liter X 4 configurations. It also results in a slightly faster packing speed.
• The "Sprint" tunnel is designed for smaller items, 350 mm X 6, 500 mm X 6 and 750 mm X 6, or any smaller box configurations.

• 18 kw fan motor system with Stainless steel, heavy duty fan re-circulating existing heated air thereby saving power.
• Glass filled high temperature nylon product conveyor belt.
• Wheels and leveling feet.
• Epoxy double coated frame to improve durability and rust resistance.
• Aluminium 22 mm diameter out-feed rollers with adjustable height cooling fan. Cooling fans improves shrinking by up to 10 percent.
