This packing machine is a real workhorse and very reliable. We have a huge number of these machine running in South Africa, and Africa that are older than 10 years. Many of these manual machines has been sold and re-sold as industries grow and progress. It is very basic and easy to operate.

We are in process of developing upgrade kits, where an "Nykomatic Manual" machine can be upgraded to a Semi-Automatic, and later to an automatic, or a collating machine, at a fraction of the cost of a new machine.

Nykomatic or Sprint Tunnel

The difference between a "Nykomatic" and "Sprint" tunnel is that a "Nykomatic" machines tunnel is 1200 mm long whereas a "Sprint" tunnel is 900 mm long. The heating element configuration is also different.

The "Nykomatic" tunnel allows for larger packs 2 Liter X 6, 2.5 Liter X 6 and 5 Liter X 4 configurations. It also results in a slightly faster packing speed.
The "Sprint" tunnel is designed for smaller items, 350 mm X 6, 500 mm X 6 and 750 mm X 6, or any smaller box configurations.

Fully solid state process controlled with electro mechanical inter-connected to control the heating re-circulation element system ensuring many years of use.
18 kw fan motor system with Stainless steel, heavy duty fan re-circulating existing heated air thereby saving power.
Glass filled high temperature nylon product conveyor belt.
Wheels and leveling feet.
Epoxy double coated frame to improve durability and rust resistance.
Aluminium 22 mm diameter out-feed rollers with adjustable height cooling fan. Cooling fans improves shrinking by up to 10 percent.
380 VAC 3 phase power requirements.
